Day One – Diet Blog
Well, let’s just say I did not work out this morning, however, I had a very sensible breakfast of the granola and coffee….
The boy threw off my healthy lunch plans by surprising me and taking me to lunch – some yummy pizza, but not the best for the diet…..
Tomorrow is another day, I have six days to fit in three workouts…..
It is Monday, does that count for not making it…..
